Article: Starting Over Is Part of Our Story

Starting Over Is Part of Our Story
Someone helped us through a hard season. Now we help another woman start again.
That idea has a name: The Grace Field Fund. It's named for Marilyn Joan Hadfield — Joan means grace, Hadfield means field. Grace, extended in the field, to a woman in a hard season. It's the same grace that was extended to the people who built this company, and passing it on is part of who we are, not an afterthought.
What the Fund does
The Grace Field Fund provides direct, need-based support to women starting over. That can mean help with back taxes, childcare or tuition costs, or an emergency bridge through a hard month. Support is awarded against a published application — and it's a grant, not a loan. No interest. No repayment. No strings.
Why it's built into the brand
A lot of companies treat giving back as a line item. We wanted it woven into the reason the company exists. This is a season of life defined by change, and change is easier to move through when someone reaches back to help. The Fund is how we do that — quietly, concretely, and for real women.
We believe in keeping this transparent. Where the Fund's dollars go is something we intend to share openly, so that giving back stays a matter of trust rather than a marketing line.
Every product has a woman's name and a season behind it. The Grace Field Fund is how those stories reach past our shelves and into someone else's new beginning.
