Grace Field Fund
Starting over is part of our story.
The Grace Field Fund is named for Marilyn Joan Hadfield.
The story behind the Fund
A name that carries the work forward.
Her name carries the whole idea: Joan means grace. Hadfield means field. Grace, extended in the field, to a woman in a hard season.
Someone helped us through a hard season. Now we help another woman start again.
A portion of our profits supports the Grace Field Fund.
What the Fund is here to do
Practical support for the next season.
Back taxes
A tax bill that has become a barrier to moving forward.
Childcare or tuition
Support while finishing a degree or certification that had to be put on hold.
Emergency needs
A bridge during a career or life transition, including re-entering the workforce after a gap.
This is not a loan program. There is no interest, no repayment, and no fine print designed to catch you.

Quarterly impact
A clear account of the impact.
Every quarter, we will publish, with permission, how much the Fund distributed and how many women it supported — not individual financial details, just aggregate impact.
We will never publish someone’s personal financial details. Where a woman chooses to share her story, we will honor the limits and permission she gives us.
